  Liz my bartender was super nice. My food was really good! I got the beef brisket tacos. My compliments to the cooks. My food came out in an acceptable time and was really good! Liz gave me the most friendly and excellent service I've had in a long time.

  Walking into.the restaurant it took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknoledge us, we were about to walk out when we were finally greeted. Our server saved us from leaving. She is awesome, friendly attitude and very nice (I am wondering why she is working at a place like this). Food came out and soup(french onion) was cold. Fries were cold on one of.the entrée. Will be the first and last time I visit. Restaurant has a dirty feeling to it.

  Awful!!!!! Never again will we go to Applebee's. We USED to be regular customers. It had been a while so we gave it a go. The food last night was terrible. The plates were hot but the food was cold. The french fires were from last week. The baked potatoes were not cooked. I think the steak was from something other than a cow. McDonald's would have been much, much better.
  
  And what's with all of the people in the restaurant glaring at us (customers and workers) - it was was like we walked into a drug deal. Creepy. .
  
  To top it off - last night my wife had just started eating her dinner and she found a small piece of clear glass in her dinner. She found it because she bit into it and broke it in her mouth. We were very pleasant about it, mistakes happen. Applebee's got her a new dinner - BUT - they not only CHARGED us for her dinner (the dinner with the glass in it) they also charged us for her REPLACEMENT dinner. The business standard used to be to at least comp. the meal. We would have settled for a simple free replacement.
  
  To think we drove extra to get to Applebee's in Woodbridge (they had closed the Applebee's in Manassas) so we purposefully drove out to the Woodbridge Applebee's. Kind of old times sake, her night ner choice.
  
  They have also added at Point Of Sale electronic device on all of their tables - don't touch that device - if you play the trivia game - they CHARGE you for that as well. They do not say anywhere that it costs anything they just put a fee $1.99 on your bill. You have got to be kidding. Ridiculous.
