  I have been a costumer for this restaurant for many years because theirs pizza was the best I did found on the area of Newport News Warwick Boulevard. I did ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago and the pizza was cold because the deliver boy couldn't find my adress, and not only that, but this young man tryed to get a higher tip! With the excuse that he didn't have change, it did get resolved, today I did ordered another pizza and it was well tipped as allways, but ordered preferences was messed up and borned. I did called and talked to the manager and spoke to the manager, he told me that he was going to send me another pizza, and for me not to ordered pizza over there anymore! What kind of manager this restaurant have? He was obvious the manager, he sounded as an italian pizza maker that other than borned my pizza have little sences of costumer services, I did pay a total of $30.00 for a pizza that wasn't worth this price and to eat. They sure have lost me, and will lose a few of my friends.
